Arthur S. Colsky, M.D., Ph.D. Founder &  Medical Director of Advanced Acne Institute

The Advanced Acne Institute was founded by Arthur S. Colsky, M.D., Ph.D., board certified dermatologist, scientist and acne expert.  Dr. Colsky recognized the need for a dedicated acne treatment institute to help the numerous acne sufferers seek relief from problem skin.  As a clinical dermatologist, Dr. Colsky experienced patients coping with loss of self-esteem caused by acne breakouts.  This led to the concept of an advanced institute for treating acne that can provide hope and solutions for acne sufferers.

Dr. Colsky received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at Vanderbilt University where he began his scientific studies.  Dr. Colsky continued his research and attended medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and earned his M.D. and Ph.D.degrees.  Dr. Colsky is on the clinical faculty of the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and the Wertheim College of Medicine.
